F'gol presents Meledei with the gift he bought her at the gather. Their relationship takes another step when the first green of their clutch rises. F'gol decides that it's time for he and Meledei to share their first sexual experience.
The green's rising is also cause for a conversation between Meledei and Z'ku, who speculate on Elleth's first rising.
Sorsha complains about her itchy broken arm, but Ri'len finds a way to distract her.
Ylisahn gives Zelle an interesting stone, and K'hetah spots it when he comes to visit her. He's curious, but Zelle is asleep, so his questions will have to wait.
Sh'lua reports to his Wingleader and asks for a transfer. K'hetah approves it, but the request has to go through the Weyrleader next. N'vanik doesn't want to lose a Searchrider, so he makes a deal with Sh'lua. If the bluerider can find a replacement, N'vanik will grant the transfer.
