As everyone knows, a new Lord holder has been chosen, but not who anyone expected. Zathris, Benani's husband, was chosen by the Conclave to inherit Amber Hills. This has brought about some concerns, not the least of which was from Zelanka who wasn't sure whether or not she was still Headwoman. Zathris has assured her that he sees no reason to change anything at the present time. Of course, some things never change. Zathris is still making visits to the Tavern and visiting with his friend Zandreu no matter what his title.
While most of the hold is focusing on the change in Lord Holder, one couple has other things on their minds. Thanks to a mating flight, Lymria and Jadorin came together and now Lymria his pregnant. The two have decided to get married since aborting can be risky and otherwise her position at the hold would be in jeopardy. The two are friends, but is that enough to make a happy marriage?
Things have been rather slow at Amber Hills, but there's always room for more. Come join us and see what's going to happen now that Amber Hills has a new, young Lord Holder!
