"Seems like some of the Benaroy spawn are lookin' ta be married." The old auntie leaned back in her rocking chair, eyes half closed. "Heard Benamil done gone on a date with a lass. Pompous ting too. Didn't settle well with him as she didn't seem ta be able to think 'bout anyone but herself. Methinks she won't be gettin' tha man this time. He's too good fer her."
The auntie shrugged, then began to ease the chair back and forth. "Things seem ta be goin' better wit' tha Lord and Lady though. I done heard she's a bit more like herself. From what I understand, she and tha Lord locked themselves in his room and didnae leave fer some time." She cackled knowingly.
"That Hidden Meadows Feller seems ta be warmin' up ta his wife. I done heard they got a bit of a row between them." With a quick glance from side to side, she leaned forward. "Even heard rumours tha babe nae his. Then Lord Zathris done went and got up in arms cause she had a babe and it was obvious she was pregnant b'fore they was married! Sounds like the two are makin' amends. Probably cooin' o'er that pretty babe of...theirs."
She eased back into the chair then set it moving once more. "Somethin's stirrin, dontcha know. Seems calm now, but I guaratee. Somethin's comin...and when ya want tha scoop, you just come on over to old auntie."
