Master Healer Reeva chooses Lokkun to be her apprentice! Maybe the boy will learn some things he didn't know. And maybe he'll also learn how to deal with cranky older women.
The Weyrwoman brings the Weyrleader a gift when she realizes her Hatching craziness hijacked his birthingday.
Rhosyn also stops by to see Lokkun to get some creak for her hotspots! This baby is making her itch as her skin stretches and she doesn't think dragonet oil will do the trick. She is then seen with Harbormaster Tamah. The two of them go out sailing in his skiff and the goldrider seems to enjoy herself with the old sailor.
Bahji and E'rae are seen talking to each other. He admits he wants her with him and he misses her. She realizes that maybe he does care a bit more for her than she thought. They also share some hard truths about the baby. He also checks on her once her mother leaves and she's feeling lonely.
Bahji also discusses her future with her mother. Her mother advises her to stay at the Weyr. Should she see other men?
D'arvn comes to see Bahji and she talks about E'rae with him. The bluerider tries to convince her that maybe he just doesn't know how to communicate his feelings.
E'rae, meanwhile, goes to see Eirlira to let her know that Bahji is under his protection and if she even comes near his woman again, he will make sure to let people know that can affect her future.
J'ren is seen with greenrider Jaylene talking about her brother, Jayonne. The bronzerider is half flirting, but that's nothing new.
