Things are hopping over at River Bluff Weyr!
One big piece of news: former Weyrwoman Tsaera will be returning to take over the Queens Wing while Weyrwoman Rhosyn and Lenala are grounded due to pregnancy and Clutching, respectively. The two goldriders talk over the situation with Weyrleader K'sedel who offers the solution. Rhosyn doesn't seem too happy about it.
Weyrlingmaster H'vack meets with the Weyrwoman to discuss candidate Eirlira. Rhosyn tells him about what happened to Bahji and what Eirlira did in the Infirmary. They agree to watch her further.
U'das and D'lorn talk about the weyrlings' lessons and they agree to let U'das take over on some of the physical training with the new class.
Candidate Eirlira is asked to see the Weyrwoman about her recent misbehavior in the Infirmary. Rhosyn lets her know she better not do it again or she risks further punishment besides extra duty in the Infirmary under Master Reeva.
Even so, Eirlira pranks Bahji by replacing her herbal tea with a placebo concoction. What effect will this have?
Bahji also considers recent events with E'rae and becomes depressed. She is missing their former intimacy and suffers recriminations from the accident. Did her weakness spell disaster?
The two of them are seen in his weyr talking. Their discussion ends up on the fact that he also enjoys men-a fact that she hadn't considered before really.
Bronzerider U'das goes back to his weyr to have some fun time with Honalyse, only to find that his niece Uetia and her partner Sabonus are already having a good time in his bathing chamber. Uetia is embarrassed and U'das gets angry. Honalyse talks him into going somewhere else though.
A very pregnant Weyrwoman has a moment, thinking about the baby and how lonely she feels. It's not the best situation that she's in, but she's trying to make the most of it-pushing her fear back. Will it be okay?
N'vanik drops by to bring the craving goldrider some food and they talk about names.
Candidate Gelira tells Z'an that she's pregnant with his child and he seems happy about it.
Hallmaster Relik comes to visit to meet his new Weyrleaders. He also has a chat with Harbormaster Tamah about his setup there.
BIGGEST NEWS: Vilarth has Flown! The gold has done well and is caught by K'reyel's bronze Erdenth! Surely that will mean a great clutch since the bronze has sired well before. Get your candidates ready since a Hatching we will have!
