River Bluff Weyr has been grievously damaged!
A volcano erupted offshore. It caused a tsunami which smashed into River Bluff and damaged the Weyr's docks and flooded out the Hatching Sands. If that wasn't bad enough, a follow-up earthquake brought down the Hatching Caverns, the dragon infirmary, and some of the weyrs and Lower Caverns.
Now the survivors camp out on the bluff while they wait for the Masons to determine the fate of their home. Without Hatching Sands, can River Bluff be a functioning Weyr? And if not, where will everyone go?
