Love has turned sour in the Harper Hall this month! Two relationships seem to have fallen victim to the Weyr as two husbands continue to be cuckolded by their wayward wives. Luckily, one is still blissfully ignorant, but the other has finally had enough!

Master Eilomar waited in his weyr until his wife came home, bluerider V'lorn in tow. The harper confronted his wife, demanding an explanation. It seems his wife had always just wanted a bit of love and respect, and now will just settle for some great sex. That is all she can count on V'lorn for, though, it seems! Eilomar tells his wife to
get out of his weyr and never come back, that he wants to have a divorce. The bluerider offers a place to stay for the night, but is reluctant to help her pack her things. A very angry Ailewyn storms off to pack her things alone and the master Harper tells V'lorn to get out, but not before the bluerider throws out a few jibes just to watch the
rotund Eilomar squirm.

Larken's lover, however, has managed to keep himself a well kept secret. While everyone else had been saving the Hall from the rising floodwater, Larken had spent the last couple candlemarks in M'tone's bed. Realizing how late it is, she decides she must head back to the Harper Hall before she's missed. Unfortunately it's too late. Ojisan
has already been looking for her and when no one had seen her, he fears the worst. The Hallmaster runs into Larken on her way back to her weyr and tells her how worried her husband has been and directs her to go straight home. She waits for her husband to return. His emotional response to her disappearance serves to drive the guilt she feels at the
lies she tells even deeper in. She realizes just how much her husband loves her, and it pains her that she just can't love him back...

The Harper Hall is cleaning up from the recent disaster and is preparing for the entertainment to be had at the next Hatching. You can bet they are planning to make it a fine celebration, considering the heroics it took just to make the Hatching possible! Come and join the fun!
