Emerald Falls Hold's report for april 2008
The hold is preparing for the Runner races. Aivorn found a jockey for the races when he watched how young journeyman Dawtrey handled his favourite runner, Emerald Champion. Both the master and the journeyman consider Champions chances to win the race very good one. So you know where to bet your marks!
Dawtrey also met riverboat Sungazer's captain Lineal and his wife golden firelizard Sunbow. The beastcrafter and the riverboat's captain got along well, and Dawtrey was facinated by the little queen.
Lineal also gave journeyman Weaver Panyin a tour on the Sungazer when he went to pick up a delivery from the captain.
The riverboat also brought Lord Holder Corowal's long expected visitors, his half brother Reatuir and his wife Naydelsa. The brother's have a lot of catching up to do, and does Corowal seem to be quite close with his sister-in-law?
Headwoman Vanea has troubles with her daughter Neata, she is unhappy with her current life and wants to go to the harper hall. Vanea's demented mother springs a surprise to them, when she tells that her mother used to be a harper.
