Sunstone is hopping just in time for the New Turn! We've had a couple new additions and things are getting exciting.
First of all, Ioven and Parale FINALLY had their baby! It was the first child for Parale, and the third daughter for the journeyman. They decided to call her Parys, which Syren pointed out, sounded like a mix of the baby's mother and sister's names. Ioven has also agreed to move back into Parale's bed. The two had been sleeping apart for several months after a rather big row. He says it's just to help out with the baby, but maybe things are getting better between the two of them!
Parale also helped welcome Danrina, a young woman who decided to take matters in her own hands and find a husband for herself without out father's help. That doesn't mean she's shunning ALL help, however. Parale has agreed to help Danrina meet some nice eligible young men. She asks her husband if he could invite some over for dinner one night to meet Danrina, but Ioven is a little hesitant to just set his friends up with a woman he's never met. He asks Parale to bring Danrina over for dinner some night so he can make sure she's the kind of girl he would stake is reputation on.
Finally, Parale also had a nice exchange of letters with Briata at River Bluff Weyr. They exchange news about their new babies and families.
Turns End and Beginning are here and big changes are in the works for Sun Stone! It's time to come and join in the fun!
