So, what has happened here thios month. Well it seems that some are not happy with the new Weyrwoman's policy that everybody of age who is resident at the Weyr and meets the criteria should present themselves on the sands as a candidate. R'syl dislikes it, and some of the young people feel that they shouldn't stand, but what can they really do about it?
Uetia is learning to deal with the aftermath of flights, she gave poor K'mai rather a start with her reaction. Araiau also wonders what might happen when her gold finally rises. And another one who is having to learn how to deal with it is B'lamick, as he wonders why Tey is seemingly not bothered by her green bening flown by K'tu's brown. Although B'lamick has been seen spending time with Briata...
At last there are eggs on the sands, Veyeth clutched, watched by K'sedel and Zharesti, the pair have a wager on the number of eggs there will be. And they have drafted a letter to the other Weyrs asking that if they have older candidates who would like an extra chance they be permitted to transfer to River Bluff.
K'sedel also fouind some time to spend with his family, K'deren visited from Doolphin Cove and spent time on the beach with his father and brother and their repective children.
