Physical Description of Persona:
Cursed (or maybe blessed) with what one might call a 'baby face', the healer looks at least 10 Turns younger than he really is. He is always dressed crisply, and never looks rumpled, his knots proudly on display at all times. His young looks are in stark contrast to his hair, which turned completely silver by the time he was 18 Turns old. His skin is of a medium tone and his eyes are a dark blue. He is of average height and weight.
Emotional Description of Persona:
He is direct and compassionate, with a way of taking charge and calming patients, be they a drudge or of rank. When not working, he tends to keep to himself, amusing himself with reading, long walks or whittling, a hobby he picked up a few turns back. He'll often trade items for a few choice bits of spare wood from the nearby Woodcraft Hall. If some might wonder why such an eligible catch is still unmarried, they often soon discover upon talking to him that he's simply very retiring and too shy to seek a bride.
History of Persona:
Arge was born at Jade Harbour Hold and he had a relatively average childhood. He apprenticed at an early age to the Healer Hall. He was assigned to Amethyst Cliff shortly after obtaining his Sr. journeymans knots. He took the assignment to escape a relationship that, if revealed, might have ruined his craft ambitions and also those of his lover. For not only was his affair with a Master, but the the Master was also _male_.
Rather than seeking a position at a Weyr, where his sexual proclivities would have been accepted, he took the assignment at Amethyst as it held more prestige and also pleased his parents.
He soon learned to stifle his sexuality to the point of ignoring it completely, burying himself in study and work.
Over the turns, he learned to love the wilder and sometimes harsher climate of his new home.
