Physical Description of Persona:
Alajeran is tall like both of his parents, standing about 6 foot, 3 inches tall and he has a fairly muscular build from years of physical labor and hard work. His hair, which is klah brown and rather wavy is just long enough to curl around his collar. His eyes are a startling light blue. With his striking colouring, broad shoulders and masculine build, he's quite nice looking but his personality is so quiet that he tends to be overlooked when his younger brother is around. He can usually be found dressed in worker's clothing, much to his mother's disgust, although he will attempt to dress correctly for more formal occasions--as long as you give him ample warning!

Emotional Description of Persona:
If his family were to describe him, they'd probably use the words 'moody and serious'. Those who bother to see behind the careful walls he's built will find a man who, while quiet, has a good sense of humour and fairness about him. He is a steady worker, determined to make farmcraft an important part of Amethyst Cliff now that he's returned to it and his father is Lord. He's steady and willing to chip in and do anything to insure a job gets done, even if that often results in ruined clothing and dirty hands. While he has a careful but respectful relationship with his father, he is more guarded when around both his mother and brother--often feeling like a distant star, while they are the constellations in his father's orbit.

History of Persona:
He is the first born from his father's second marriage to the daughter of the previous Lord. Alajeran was brought up with the understanding that he was of the Blood and expected to act a certain way. His childhood was relatively unmarred by any outstanding incidents until he was 13--then a marked incidence of strife between he and his mother resulted in him being sent away for apprenticing. He returned to the family fold a year before the tragic death of Lord Caladyn and, while he tends to feel like an outsider, he's sworn to assist his father as he adjusts to his new role, showing the same sense of loyalty that his father displays.

Recently, his parents approached him with plans to marry him to the youngest sister of Lord Enrizial of Emerald Falls. While reticent, he agreed out of loyalty and a sense of duty. To his surprise and pleasure, he and his new bride, Lady Lindria, have turned out to be quite compatible. Now, they both face not only the adjustment of marriage to each other but the task of becoming more a part of a family whose dynamic has always been a bit...difficult to truly understand.
