Physical Description of Persona:
A'ton is 5'9" tall, with a lean build and lanky frame. He has dark eyes and dark hair that is always swept back, giving him a somewhat calculating look. He is tanned from hours spent outdoors but also slightly stooped from pouring over old records- his favorite past time. Since he became a full rider, he has trained his body to its limits.

Emotional Description of Persona:
A'ton is somewhat reserved and calm when dealing with people. He is very inquisitive and learning for him is a lifetime pursuit.
A'ton values loyalty the most. For him, being loyal to a leader who values his ability is reward enough. Although he has ambitions, loyalty to his superiors pushes him to follow an order to the dot.
Furthermore, even with his obvious youth, A'ton has shown that he possesses wisdom that is beyond his years. People can count on him through thick and thin. For him, this is how a dragonrider should be.

History of Persona:
Ataton was born to a minor sea-side hold. Though very near to the sea, his heart went ever to the stars and the clear blue skies. As a kid, he longed to feel the winds against his face high up in the air, flying with the great dragonriders who protected the lands.
A chance came when he was searched by a kindly old blue rider. Hatching was probably the scariest and the most exciting time of his life. True, he was a bit older than most boys, but he was very nervous nonetheless.
All time stopped the moment he saw Vardamith's multi-faceted eyes and impression was made. His life and outlook in life changed with that single, unforgettable moment. He was no longer the boy from the sea-side hold who longed to fly...he was now A'ton, rider of brown Vardamith. He will protect the land as dragonriders should!
Even as a weyrling, he felt he was already living his life long dream, a chance he doesn't want to botch up. He would do well and give his all to become the ideal rider.

Description of Dragon:
Vardamith is just as inquisitive as his rider. He is often restless when immured to his weyr. He wants to see new things and explore the whole breadth of the land. Vardamith is of above average size for a brown, about the same size as smaller bronzes, although a bit darker than most. His wing span is a bit broad, with lighter shades of bronze and brown.
Vardamith can be lazy at times. He needs to be bullied by his rider to do things. But once motivated, he can have a stamina and ability that can surprise even the most experienced of riders.
Vardamith can be quite competitive, especially with bronzes. Because he's about the same size as smaller bronzes, he thinks he is better than most browns, a thought he and his rider share.
