Persona Profile: Fayne (Inactive)

Writer: Dana

Name: Fayne
Age: 49
Birthday: m12 d18
Rank: Hold Resident
Location: Emerald Falls Hold

Physical Description of Persona:
When Fayne turned seventeen Turns, she stood at 5' 6" and she hasn't grown an inch since. She weighs about 137 lb, and tends to stay away from sweets since she is watching her weight. Even though she didn't exactly inherit her parents' tall stature, she did however inherit their creamy complexion. Thick, smokey-black, wavy curls hang to brush the tops of her shoulders, and she has starkingly light-green eyes - which is certainly her prettiest feature.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Fayne is a woman who is obsessed with cleanliness and neatness - yet another quality that she inherited from her mother. She has lost none of the vibrancy of her youth, and it is because of this that she seems so much younger than her Turns. It is not hard for one to discern what Fayne is feeling - she all but wears her emotions on her sleeves! One only has to glance into those eyes of hers to tell what she is feeling. It is because of this that she was never a good card player growing up.

Fayne is a hard worker, full of determination and patience. But once that patience has been tried - it has been _tried_. She is a friend and a loving wife to her husband, and she harbors a deep longing to bear his children - and that longing only grows more intense over the passing Turns.

History of Persona:
Fayne was born in Vinter Hall and spent her childhood happily with her father and mother. Though her mother tried to have more children, Fayne remained the only child, and even though her vinter father had longed for a son, he became smitten with the very idea of having a daughter, and would dote upon her far more often than even her mother would.

When she turned thirteen, Fayne began to help her mother with her duties in Vinter Hall and quickly earned the reputation of being reliable. When she was seventeen, she met Kiyan, a young man devoted to his craft and she instantly fell for him. They courted for two Turns, with the full support of her parents, and they finally wed just after his promotion to senior journeyman.

Showing the same dependable qualities her mother exhibited, Fayne eventually took over her position at Vinter Hall, earning the trust of all within the household. She and Kiyan lived happily together, each completely devoted to their duties in the Hall and to each other. The only sadness that Fayne felt was because of her inability to bear her husband's children.

When Fielton became the new Vinter Hallmaster, Fayne's life took a sharp turn. She was usually such a patient woman - she would have to be with the job she held - but this man drove her patience to the limits. When Kiyan suggested to her that they should leave to Emerald Falls, she was all too willing to follow his advice.

Over the months following their move, Kiyan worked adamantly on the Hold's vineyard while Fayne worked hard on the disarrayed Hold itself, which had been in desparate need of order and repair. But when she found herself finally pregnant with the child she had always longed for, and when she gave birth, she decided that it was time to step down from being Headwoman and concentrate solely on her family.
