Physical Description of Persona:
Argena is of average height and weight--she is full of nervous energy and, having never borne children, carries no extra weight. Her hair used to be blonde but has darkened to a light brown over the Turns and her eyes are a dark blue in color. Her features are nice and even--and she might have been considered pretty were it not for the dark wine colored birthmark that mars her left cheek.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Argena is inherently practical and very creative. As a seamstress, it gives her no greater joy than to take a formless piece of cloth and turn it into something of beauty. She is normally quiet, but has a good sense of humor and a surprising wit about her. Nevertheless, having dealt with the highest and the lowest members of the hold, she's learned when to let her personality emerge--and when to keep it safely stifled.

History of Persona:
Argena was borh to a fairly wealthy minor holder in the Amethyst Cliff Hold territory. Her 'deformity' made a marriage of any value less than likely and so she was apprenticed to the holding's seamstress after having shown an interest in that particular skill at an early age.

Eventually, she saw her brother's and sister's married off and she was left alone--and with little to do as the old seamstress at her father's holding showed no signs of retiring any time soon. She petitioned her parents to be able to go to the main hold to ply her craft there.

She arrived, young and fresh-faced. While the Hold already had an established seamstress, she was allowed to try her hand at a few dresses for the newly appointed Steward's wife--who also happened to be the youngest daughter of Lord Caloundra and notoriously spoiled _and_ picky. Luckily Lady Jerandra found her skill impressive and she was soon the only seamstress allowed to sew for her, her husband and children. She learned quickly when to give her opinion and when to keep her mouth shut in the interesting political climate of the Hold--which could be both warm and inviting--and sometimes quite...frightening if you found yourself listening closely enough to some discourse.

She saw Lady Jerandra mature before her eyes into the woman she was to become and her husband age and grow into his position of Steward and then, surprisingly Heir and eventually Lord. It was recently her greatest pleasure to sew the wedding garments for Lord Alalir's wedding to lady Enriline. With so many newly married and with children being born at every turn, Argena is confident she'll remain busy for Turns to come.
