Physical Description of Persona:
A'drien was always the shortest of his siblings...until he hit the fabled "growth spurt." Now standing just shy of six feet, the young man is growing like a weed. Despite his embarrassingly healthy appetite (and to his immense frustration), A'drien can't seem to fill out--"Because you're too busy growing UP," his friends tease. Though he isn't bulky, the bluerider possesses a fair amount of strength from Turns of weyrlife. Brown, almond-shaped eyes are nearly lost beneath a mop of dark curls, which A'drien only bothers to trim when his sight is seriously compromised--he can easily tuck most of it into a helmet, after all. His face is rather small, almost as if it hasn't yet adjusted to his sudden growth, but large lips make his mouth seem disproportionate. Few people notice, as it's always in motion.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Bubbly and outgoing, the youngest son of Adair and Sorren is arguably the most energetic and busy of their five children. Fortunately for A'drien, his brother Serris, two Turns his senior, was blessed with incredible patience for his tag-along brother's insatiable curiosity. A'drien's agreeable nature helped him settle comfortably in the Weyr, where he never wanted for friends.

History of Persona:
For much of his childhood, Aidan endured the good-natured teasing of his siblings, all of whom, no matter how old, were at least a head taller than their youngest brother. At the age of fourteen, he was apprenticed in the Smithcrafthall, and he voluntarily changed his name to "Adarien" to avoid confusion with Master Eidan. The boy was barely a month into his apprenticeship before being Searched. Seizing upon this incredible opportunity, Adarien threw himself into life at the Weyr, delighted to find himself among such friendly and tolerant people. He learned that it was perfectly acceptable to find himself attracted to both men and women, and by the time he Impressed blue Conleth, A'drien was comfortable with the knowledge that he might find himself partnered with either.
