Physical Description of Persona:
Standing about 6'1" tall, Cazriel is an imposing figure, carrying a bulk produced by turns of hands-on work. His hair is a thick and wavy black, his eyes a gray that darkens to black in times of extreme emotion.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Cazriel has learned to keep his feelings to himself, burying them beneath a seemingly-warm smile. However, he carries with him a deep-seated bitterness, feeling that he has been dealt less than he deserves from life. Manipulative, he can be charming-even if his thoughts are less than charming.

History of Persona:
The son of an heir to Emerald Falls Hold and a cook, Cazriel grew up in the Hold -- at least until his father took the position of Lord Holder, and the new Lady expressed her resentment of having her husband's former lover so close. Lord Ziadriel gave in to his Lady's urgings, and secured a position for Cazala as headwoman of a minor holding. She moved willingly to Southern Hollow Hold, where she reminded the holders often that her son was an heir to the Blood, even though illegitimate. Seeing an advantage to this, the holder groomed the young Cazriel to be his steward and married his elder daughter, Fenlika, to the man as soon as she reached the ripe old age of fifteen.

Cazriel, then 22, knew his role and hers, keeping her pregnant and producing heirs for him and the hold. Within months, she was pregnant, and after a difficult labor produced his first daughter. He gave her little time to recuperate, taking her to bed as soon as the healers pronounced her sound, resulting in an almost immediate second pregnancy. This one didn't go as well, with the young woman birthing three months prematurely and the healers demanding that she wait at least a turn before trying for another child. In disgust, Cazriel turned to a series of mistresses to sate his needs, though careful to wait for Fenlika to be ready to produce more heirs. Over the next several turns, she did her best, with 3 more children and 2 failed pregnancies before a final pregnancy took her life. Fenlika's parents, who had protested the frequent pregnancies, removed Cazriel from his position and instructed him to leave, though they refused to let the children go with him. With his latest mistress in tow, he headed off for Emerald Falls Hold, intent on getting his family back, and on taking what he considered to be his rightful place in the Hold.
