Physical Description of Persona:
K'far is fairly tall, about 6'3'', and weighs around 215 pounds. He has dark brown hair, which he keeps in a short trim, and hazel eyes. He likes to wear russet or brown, sometimes green. He has an aquiline nose and large feet. A large Thread scar runs down his back, and a smaller, not very well healed one mars his cheek.
Emotional Description of Persona:
K'far is a kind man. He loves children, but never had any of his own. While he is kind to them, he is also very firm and doesn't tolerate insolence very well. His dragon and fighting Thread are his top priorities. When he has time for anything else he spends time outside; he doesn't like the restraints of caves.
History of Persona:
K'far was born to a Lower Caverns woman and a brownrider at Dolphin Cove Weyr. He has a half-sister by the brownrider, who is currently a senior apprentice Weaver. The Lower Caverns woman left the Weyr when he was about three Turns old, so he never really knew her. He grew up raised mostly by the Weyr, as his father was very busy and transferred away to another Weyr when he was six. He spent most of his time dreaming of Impressing a dragon.
When he was eleven he apprenticed as a Healer, and was thirteen when he stood at his first Hatching. Despite several failures he kept trying to Impress, sure that his dragon was out there somewhere. He was fifteen when he actually found that right dragon. Despite being involved with several women over the past ten years or so, he has never had any children or found anyone he wants to have a really long-term relationship with.

Description of Dragon:
Torth is a darker brown than most other brown dragons, his coloring sometimes seeming close to black. He is bigger than most browns with a large wingspan. He is like his rider in that he loves children. He is very outgoing and friendly, always interested in what is going on.
