Physical Description of Persona:
Ledan is tall and lanky, standing a little over six foot with the look of someone who can eat whatever he likes and never gain an ounce. He has dark brown hair that he keeps cut short and brown eyes. He has wrinkles around his eyes that show he is a man who smiles often, however the smile is not much in evidence over the past few months since his sons death.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Ledan has an easy going manner and gets along with most people. He has a sadness and a tightness around his eyes since his son died. His temper has been more in evidence the past couple months, but he manages to keep it away from his patients.

History of Persona:
Ledan was born to a healer and a kitchen drudge at the Healerhall at Jade Harbour. From a very early age, he showed a compassion for others and always enjoyed helping his father in the infirmary when he could. It was only natural for him to enter the Healerhall when he came of age to apprentice.

From the time he was young, he and Efina, a daugther of two other local healers, were inseperable. While he was an apprentice, they continued to spend time together. Their parents arranged a marriage for the two of them and neither disagreed with the pairing as they already loved each other very much. When she became pregnant before he had attained his journeyman's knots, the two received special permission to marry.

Shortly after, he was promoted to journeyman and he stayed on at the hall, working hard to attain his Sr Journeyman status. Once he had, he was quickly transferred to Garnet Valley Hold as a hold healer.

When Ledan went away on a circuit through the minor holds and cotholds, an epidemic swept through Garnet Valley and attacked their youngest son, Eledo. He didn't make it and when Ledan returned a part of him secretly resented Efina and blamed her for their sons death.
