Physical Description of Persona:
Eyvia has shoulder length, straw colored hair with lighter streaks of blonde cutting through the wavy tresses. Her pear-shaped face is perfectly symmetrical and pleasing to the eyes with high, pronounced cheekbones. Dark eyebrows arch sharply over a pair of piercing, no-nonsense blue eyes.
She is petite, 5'4" in height, with a slight build and long tapering fingers which she constantly uses when she is speaking.
Emotional Description of Persona:
Eyvia has always had an interestingly blunt personality. She will readily give her opinion, even if it might come across as sharp or unpopular. Despite the bluntness, Eyvia does have a heart to help others, she's just more of the tough-love type and doesn't show affection readily unless you are in her inner circle. Because of her logical, realistic pathway of thinking, Eyvia has always been able to look objectively at situations and give advice without bias, making her a great Mind Healer.
History of Persona:
Eyvia has experienced a lot of loss in her life, which has shaped and created the person that she is today. When she was five, she witnessed her holder mother die in childbirth while they waited for her father to return to the home with a healer. When her father and the healer showed up, it was too little too late.
A turn later, Eyvia's father died from an alcohol-induced illness, a result of his wife and child's death. Eyvia was sent to live with her uncle Riccar, a healer at Dragonsfall Weyr. The rest of her childhood was spent between the creche and her uncle's weyr, an uncle that, while not overly-affectionate, proved to be her best friend growing up. Riccar was always quite willing to share what he was doing in his healer training with Eyvia, which inevitably led to her apprenticing to the craft when she was twelve.
Between twelve and twenty, Eyvia worked tirelessly through the ranks of the healer craft, which she showed a natural aptitude for, like her uncle. At twenty, Eyvia decided to stand, at her uncle's behest, just so that she wouldn't have any regrets. It was a good thing she listened to her uncle, as she impressed her green Pomiath when she was twenty-one.
Impressing during an Interval had its advantages, leaving Eyvia to continue her healer studies and advance to the rank of a senior journeywoman before Thread returned. With the return of Thread and it's mental pressures, Eyvia decided to specialize in the Mind Healing craft, and has been pursuing it ever since.
