Physical Description of Persona:
Kellin is a stocky woman of medium height and rather ordinary features. Her eyes are a warm mid-brown colour and her hair is pretty much the same shade. Her skin is lighter and she has a child's smattering of freckles across her nose.
Emotional Description of Persona:
Kellin holds down one of the most responsible jobs among riverboat people and that's evident in her toughness and her self-confidence. She is very focused when she's working and sometimes is just single-minded about things beyond work.
History of Persona:
Born and raised on the river, Kellin is a native of the Riverboat Moonflower. She learned the work of a riverboat pilot from her grandfather and took over when he retired.
In her late forties she spent a summer on the Riverboat Sungazer while the Moonflower was undergoing her overhaul. As a result she decided to manoeuvre herself into the vacant pilot position on the Sungazer. It was a late-in-life move to spread her wings and also an attempt to clear the way for a younger cousin on the Moonflower to step up into her job there.
