Physical Description of Persona:
Ulte has sandy blonde hair, which he keeps cut almost to the scalp. With almost white eyebrows, he looks as though he is hairless. He has piercing grey eyes, which sometimes look straight through you. He is not a tall boy, standing at about 5' 10", though he is still growing. His build is slight, though the work required of a smithcraft apprentice has given him strong, wiry muscles. He is still in a bit of an awkward phase of growth, with arms and legs that seem a bit too long for his frame. He sometimes finds himself tripping over his own feet when rushed.

Emotional Description of Persona:
He has a relatively serious nature, and a rather sarcastic sense of humor for one so young. He is generally friendly and will usually try to help someone out if he can. He is very focused on his goals in life and is willing to work as hard as he needs to achieve them. He is very intelligent and inventive, but lacks in artistic creativity.

History of Persona:
Ulte was born in the Healer Hall. His father was a Senior Journeyman ranked healer when Ulte was born, though he has since become a Master specialized in diagnostics. His mother is a midwife, though she holds no craft rank. As their child, it was naturally assumed by everyone that Ulte would follow in their footsteps and become a healer himself.

However, Ulte shocked everyone when he announced that he wanted to go to the Smithcrafter Hall to apprentice when the time came. His parents tried to sway his decision, but Ulte stuck with it and finally prevailed. He was sent to the Smith Hall with his parents' begrudging blessing. They were pleased when their foster son decided to become a healer at least.

Despite what his parents thought, he didn't turn his back completely on the Healercraft profession. It is his ultimate goal to specialize in glass smithing, with the hopes of improving the medical equipment used by healers.

On a visit home, Ulte impressed his green firelizard from an egg which had been given to him by his foster brother.

Shene is a cheerful little green who adores her owner and tries to go everywhere with him - even when he tries to bathe. She is very vocal most of the time, especially, it seems, when it is inappropriate for her to be so. She is surprisingly stubborn and once she gets an idea in her head it is quite difficult to change her mind.
