Well Known Ballads

These are songs that would be general knowledge on our Pern, and can be sung by any persona anywhere at any time!

About These Songs

Songs in this section were written by members or former members of Triad, and shared with permission. These songs can be quoted or sung in posts.

Some of the songs will be listed as "Well Known Ballads" and some will be listed as "Recently Composed". Songs that have been recently composed will also have notes saying where and when they were first performed, and by whom.

Please use common sense when quoting and singing the "Recently Composed" songs! If a Harper at DCW creates a song on m2d5, the holders at Garnet Valley probably won't be singing it on m2d7!

Anyone who creates a song to add to this library will get eternal credit as the song's author and 10 Member Reward marks per song. Please don't submit your songs unless you are willing for them to remain a part of Triad's website.

Submitting a Song

To submit a song, use the form on this website to e-mail the Webbies. The submission should contain the following:

Song Title Song Category (General/New Composition) Song Author (If a specific persona wrote it) Song Date (If it was first performed on a specific day) Song Location (Where it was first performed, if it was within the past turn.)

And obviously, the song itself.

Once it has been reviewed, the song will be added to the library and you will receive your member rewards!
