The Hallmaster is responsible for the overall function of a Hall. He/She oversees the masters and senior journeymen, and assigns duties to all technicians, including those stationed at various Holds and Weyrs. The Hallmaster handles the relationships and communications with other Halls, Holds and Weyrs, and takes care of hundreds of other administrative requests that come to his/her desk on a daily basis.
The Hallmaster is overseen only by his/her designated Craftmaster
