Level One
1. Killing off a non-ranking persona 2. Murder/other major crime against NPC/ONPC 3. Serious injury to a persona (such as a Threadscore that would ground a rider for more than one or two sevendays) 4. Promotion of a persona to a higher rank (such as an apprentice to a journeyman) 5. Weyrleader must approve jumps /between/ times and dragons talking to non-riders 6. Any storyline that will affect the area as a whole. 7. Impression from the Stands (Note: You must ALSO gain approval from the writer of the goldrider whose Hatching it is.)
