His sense returned with a rush. D'naz lay there for a moment, trying
to remember where he was. The events of the Flight returned to him. He
shifted on the bed, feeling the body of the other man beside him.

Lifting himself up on his elbow slightly, he looked at the other
rider. In the heat and lust of a Flight he didn't even know most times
_whose_ Flight it had been.

"F'aen?" He whispered to himself in surprise. He liked the younger
greenrider. Had from their earliest encounters together. D'naz
couldn't help but be pleased. However, another thought had entered his
mind. F'aen was just recently out of weyrlinghood.

His eyes opened wider as he realized that this would have been his and
Scarleth's maiden Flight. He breathed out a sigh of dismay. Had he
hurt the greenrider? The lust of the Flight made it hard to control
himself and he wasn't a small man.

"Did I hurt you?" he whispered, true concern evident on his face and
in his voice.

F'aen's eyes fluttered open as he blinked slowly at D'naz. The languid
warmth that settled over his body left the greenrider feeling satiated
and very pleased with his first flight. It took a moment for his brain
to register the concern written across the bluerider's face, and then
he frowned as he fully registered the question. Although it had been
Scarleth's first time in the air, it had not been F'aen's first time
between the furs, fortunately.

"No," F'aen said truthfully, although he could already tell that there
were parts of his body that were going to be deliciously sore the next
day. For a first mating flight, F'aen had no complaints. It had been
raw, and passionate, and just recalling some of the hazy memories of
it made his pulse quicken.

The greenrider reached up to smooth the furrowed brow above D'naz's
eyes, "I am quite well, actually."

His relief was palpable. D'naz's whole body and demeanor relaxed at
hearing he hadn't been too rough.

"I'm glad," he said quietly, a smile taking the place of the worry
he'd felt only moments before. D'naz captured F'aen's hand before he
could draw it back and drew it to his own lips. Kissing the hand with
a mischievous smile.

"I thoroughly enjoyed this Flight, F'aen," D'naz's eyes sparkled with
lust and desire still as he allowed himself to look over the lithe and
muscular form of the greenrider. He'd already felt an attraction to
the greenrider before, which only added to his pleasure and desire
now.

A delicious warmth spread through the pit of F'aen's stomach at the
way D'naz looked at him. He had been worried that the bluerider would
let their age difference get in the way but the look in D'naz's eyes
said differently.

Pressing up against D'naz, F'aen purred, "So did I."

As F'aen moved closer, D'naz's lips curled in a sultry smile. His
movement was all the invitation D'naz needed. He ran a hand along
F'aen's shoulder and down his arm, all the while gazing at the other
man. "I'm glad you did." His own body was already reacting to the
closeness of the greenrider. He slid his hand lower. Lust swept over
him again as his hand explored more of its own accord. All the while
his eyes raked over the well muscular form of F'aen.

An involuntary shiver raced down F'aen's spine as he looked into
D'naz's eyes. Lying beside of the bluerider, who was more than a
decade his senior, F'aen began to explore D'naz's chest, and torso
with his hands. Tracing his index finger over scars that flicked over
the man's body here and there, telltale signs of his time as a
dragonrider, F'aen found that he loved the more "experienced" feel of
D'naz's body as opposed to the younger men he had been with. There was
just no comparison.

D'naz just allowed F'aen to explore with his hands. He had no reason
to hide his scars. They were part of who he was as a rider. When
F'aen's fingers traced over one particular scar, D'naz had to draw in
a breath. It was the one he'd acquired when he'd tried to save N'ril.

D'naz reached his hand up to capture F'aen's wrist and hold it in
place against his chest. He didn't know what it was about this man
that drew him, but there was _more_ to this than just the feelings of
afterflight lust. D'naz leaned in and captured F'aen's lips in a kiss.

"I want you again," his murmured as the kiss broke.

"I'm yours." F'aen smiled against the bluerider's lips, pressing his
hips closer to D'naz. There was no mating flight haze to rush this
now, and F'aen wanted to remember every moment of it.

D'naz groaned softly, tasting F'aen's lips for a second time as his
hand began to roam freely. Touching. Feeling. Exploring. All the
while, his own body was reacting until he couldn't wait any longer.
