Description: Eillispeth's mating flight gather's interesting group of chasers.
Location: Dragonsfall Weyr
Date: month 7, day 27 of Turn 5

J'darin

G'nir

E'naer had had headache nagging behind his temples since the morning, and
he was feeling short-tempered and snappish. Eillispeth had been proddy too
and her hide was shining like a precious gem. She didn't get as proddy as some
green, but it was still enough to affect her rider. E'naer often wondered
if the women felt something like this when they were menstruating. It was
relief when she finally called her intention to Mate and started to gather
the admiring males around her. Even his headache seemed to disappear on
the spot.

G'nir suppressed a sigh when he saw the rider of the green that Nirreth
had chosen to chase. A male. He didn't have anything against male
greenriders as people, he just didn't want to bed them. The very thought made him shudder
inside. This was one of the flights he hoped the bronze wouldn't win.

It was first time since their transferr to Dragonsfall for Galerith to
take part to a Greenflight. Sh'lua grinned. He just hoped the blue would
get lucky. They both had been under lot of stress and could use the relief
victory would give them.

D'nev couldn't resist a smile as he realised who's green was rising. while
he mainly preferred women, a man in his bed was a nice and pleasant
change,
particularly when it was this man. Shoglenth had chased Eillispeth before
and knew some of her tricks, maybe this time he might be lucky.

J'darin eyed Hasaarth askance as he declared his intention to chase
Eillispeth. **Are you sure Hasaarth? That's E'naer's green! He's my
'Third!**

}:I want her. She's beautiful! I will catch her!:{

J'darin groaned. HIs bronze must be possessed of an odd desire to make
his 'mark' on his new home.

Male greenriders did not excite him. Not even a little. And his ..
Third! **Go then!** and he was dropped off as his bronze soared after the
lovely
green.

Eillispeth took the air, moving swiftly and gracefully. She was quite
pleased to see the suitors she had gathered. Two handsome bronzes and lot
of
blues. Most of the chasers were familiar to her, but the bronzes were
new, so was one of the blues.

}: Hello there handsomes, you think you can catch me? :{ she teased them.

}: I know I can, my beauty, :{ Galerith replied with confidence.

}:Don't fall for sweet words,:{ came Shoglenth's comment. }:You know what
I can do for you.:{

Soon enough, it didn't matter J'darin's personal feelings and concerns.
Hasaarth caught a thermal and came tantalizing close to Eillispeth's tail.
}:I will make you mine. Do not choose a
_blue_... choose me! Hasaarth! Bronze!:{

She was intrigued with this one. They worked together and he was really
nice, and handsome. She made her choice, dropping speed so Hasaarth could
easily overtake her.

Nirreth saw that his changcs were gone and started to spiral down. Maybe
next time. His rider breathed a sigh of relief and started to look around.
There was plenty of willing women waiting for the loosers and G'nir didn't
waste time to pick one.

The choice seemed to be made, Shoglenth gave a bellow of disappointment
even as he headed back to the Weyr. Still, maybe once the green had
satisfied
herself she would return to what would surely be best for her.

Hasaarth roared his triumph, then crooned to the lovely green. Below on
the ground, J'darin made his own noise of triumph and pulled E'naer
to him, not caring at that moment about anything but satisfying the
intense lust their two dragons were in the process of enjoying in the air.

Sh'lua let out a disappointed sigh when tired Galerith landed. **Better
luck next time,** he concoled his lifemate and himself.
