"I want to go fishing. Definetly fishing this restday." Belamick decided with a nod. "I haven't been fishing in _turns_, and we've got a river and the ocean right here!" He motioned towards their general direction with a wave of his hand. "Um, ok. Its painfully dull though. My uncle was a fisherman, and sitting there with a pole, waiting for a bite, get boring really fast if you don't have something to do or talk about." Ioporol told his friend as he pushed food around his plate, not very hungry.

Belamick pursed his lips in frustration, if Ioporol would go _with_ him, then he'd have somebody to _talk_
to, and it wouldn't _be_ boring! "Fine, you don't have to go, I'll find _somebody_ who who want's to go.
I wouldn't want you to do something you're going to hate."

"No I'll go, I'll just have to bring something to do. Or we could talk." Ioporol looked up from his food, smiling weakly. "It'll be _fun_."

"Mind if I join you boys?" Honalyse asked as she flopped down beside Ioporol.

"Not at all." Ioporol smiled at her and gave her a one armed hug.

She rested her head comfortably on his shoulder a moment. "I see you found your friend."

Belamick was momentarily envious for the close relationship the two seemed to have. Ioporol _said_
he wasn't interested in Honalyse, but maybe he was just waiting until she was available. He'd never fought over _anything_ with Io before, but the more he got to know Honalyse, the more he wondered if she would be the first. "Yeah, this guy has a habit of showing up eventually. We were just talking about going fishing for restday, would you like to come?" "Sure," Honalyse shrugged. "I usually just watch, is that ok?" The whole thought of catching a poor helpless fish on a hook never really appealed to her. "Perfect!" Belamick said quickly with a grin, "You can watch me catch two or three giants while Ioporol maybe catches one stripling."

"Oh yeah, who's the one who taught _you_ how to fish?
huh?" Ioporol had a hard time hiding his grin as teh word came out of his mouth.

"Oh come on now, Ioporol," Honalyse grinned as she wrapped her arms around his arm. "Be fair to him. Lots can happen in a turn. He may be a master."

"Yeah, and I don't like men." The minute the words came out of his mouth Ioporol's eyes grew huge and he stammered out the words. "I... I meant women." He said quickly his face turning a deep shade of crimson.

"I know what you meant. Shards but you're cute when you blush like that," she giggled as she gave his arm a gentle squeeze.

Belamick was about to tease his friend about how maybe he should consider impressing _green_ instead of bronze, but then Honalyse's "cute" caught his ears and he deflated into sullen silence. **Shards... she definitely likes him.** "So, we'll have to wake up early, or we'll catch nothing." Belamick started again, trying to get them off the subjust of just how _cute_ Ioporol is. "I'll get us a breakfast and lunch packed, and we can meet just before dawn?" "Sure, that sounds good to me." Ioporol clutched at the change of topic, glad for anything to lead away from his embarrassing slip up.

Belamick gave Honalyse a sly grin, "And how about you?
Do you trust my picnic packing skills?"

"oh, don't worry about me. I'm not one of those picky girls," she reassured him as she picked up her fork and stabbed an asparagus spear.

Ioporol stared at the two of them. Dismissing his slip up like it was a... slip up! He had almost told them the biggest secret in the world and they though it was a joke! He couldn't take it anymore. He stood stiffly and looked at them, his face blushing even redder.

"I... I have to go. I'll see you guys later." Without waiting for a response he turned and left, looking for solace in the one place left.
