Jeyme

Jeyme

Jeyme was teetering under a pile of folders jammed with paperwork when
she noticed that the new Wingthird's office door was open. She
scurried quickly to her own office, dumped the things down on her
desk, and then hurried back to the man's office.

"Knock, knock," she tapped on his door with a smile.

A voice called out, "If you're a fantastically beautiful man or woman,
feel free to enter. If you have another piece of hidework, I'll show
you out with my boot!"

"Luckily, I fit the bill." Jeyme called back as she entered.

T'sin looked up, spotted her, and teeth and dimples flashed. "Oh yes,
yes you do. Come in, come in, sweet beauty." His gaze flicked over her
knots. "And apparently someone I already have something in common
with." His brow waggled. "It's a start."

"Well, Cyadis has needed Wingthird for so long that when I heard the
position had finally been filled I was curious to see who the brave
soul could be." She settled into the chair in front of his desk. "A
handsome bluerider is a pleasing surprise."

"Brave, handsome, charming. That's me." His grin didn't fade for an
instant. " I'm T'sin of Biveth." He offered his hand. "And your lovely
self is?"

"I'm Jeyme, my green is Quinneth. You're not from Dolphin Cove," she
pointed a finger, "because I'd remember that face. Where'd you leave?"

"Vista Point. Got the news that they might need my unique services
here, so just had to come. Plus...the bikinis. "

The greenrider laughed and tilted her head, "Wait, put the bikinis on
hold for a second. Unique services?"

"Why yes. My services can involve bikinis, but may also involve all
manner of clothing. Particularly in the removal of it." He waggled his
brows and placed his hand on his chest. "And since Biveth is almost as
charming as myself, I consider it our duty to keep the weyr amused and
besotted."

"Dolphin Cove is most fortunate indeed then," she grinned, liking the
light heartedness of the new wing third. "Were you a wingthird at your
other Weyr?"

"Oh yes. And there were wails and sobs when I left." He sighed
dramatically. "I did promise them that I would visit often...but then
the bikinis..."

Was there a serious side to this man? Jeyme wondered what wingmeetings
were like between him, Cyradis and Kapera. She would love to be a vtol
on the wall.

"You keep saying bikinis but lots of women here go nude on the beach, men too."

"Oh, I know. It's absolutely wonderful. But there's just something
about swimwear and what it hides." He eyed her and his eyes sparkled.
"Tell me, do you wear a bikini?"

Such a forward question would have made her blush before she impressed
Quinneth, "I do, I have several." They were practically a part of the
uniform at a tropical Weyr.

He held his hand to his heart. "I'll have to keep an eye out, then."
He paused and waggled his brows playfully. "Unless you're willing to
model them."

"I only wear bikinis on the beach," she said with a wink.

He snapped his fingers regretfully. "Well, shaffit. Well, I can look then."

"Yes, you can look, especially if we find a private stretch on the
beach," it was Jeyme's turn to waggle her eyebrows.

His grin turned wicked. "I'll hold you to that. And to other things,
if you give me the chance."

"Ah yes, those unique talents you spoke of," Jeyme grinned as she
stood up. "I look forward to it the sometime. It was nice meeting you,
my office is just down the hall if you need anything."

"Nice meeting you as well. Pop in anytime." He winked. "I'd be glad of
the company."

"I will," Jeyme promised.
