"Ah, Parale, a moment of your time." Aini approached the woman who had
been indicated as Danrina's chaperone. A polite incline of her head was
offered in addition to her request. "If now is convenient."

Turning about, Parale wondered who was addressing her. Parys wasn't with
her. Ioven wasn't working so he had the baby, leaving her to sit with some of
the other hold women. The girls were in harper classes. Spotting the knots, Parale
wondered why the Hall Headwoman would want to speak to her. She was no one
important. "Yes ma'am?"

"Forgive me for the interruption, but I received Danrina's name as a
possible candidate for a wife. There is a Captain who is seeking one."
Aini explained, noting the expression upon the woman's face. Well, why
wouldn't she be surprised? It wasn't as if Aini made a regular
appearance. It had just so happened she had business to attend to at the
Hold and she thought seeking out permission in person would be
preferable to a letter. "As her chaperone, you would of course want to
be certain where she was and whom she was with - and perhaps you would
like to chaperone her to the meeting?"

**A Captain? Oh that would be very well! He could provide for her and
her father couldn't find fault with that.** "Oh of course yes. I would
like to come along and meet the gentleman if I may. We hope to make Danrina a good
match and see her safely cared for." She included Ioven since of course he was sort of
involved, though not half as much as she was.

"Very well then, I will include you when I send the date of the meeting
and hopefully it will coordinate with your schedule." Aini figured the
woman would want to be there since she was involved in Danrina's life
and it was simply courtesy to invite her. "I should have that
information to you in a couple of days."

"I look forward to it." She smiled and nodded. She was going to have to
make sure that Danrina looked her best certainly. There was hair to worry
about and perhaps some rouge. Her mind started working as she considered the
possibilities. This would certainly help with the loss of opportunity with Bryvin.
