R'axe

R'axe

A scarred left arm, a slight limp in the left leg, none of that
mattered to R'axe as he and Talwynn emulated their mating dragons. He
had plenty of experience to work around any limitations that Talwynn
might have had.

As the pair came down from the frenzied feelings of the flight, R'axe
collapsed beside of the greenrider, drawing in shuddering breaths as
he pulled her close and tucked her warm body close to his side.

He was warm and he hadn't left yet, which was certainly a plus to
things. Talwynn turned her head to press a kiss to his arm muscles.
"Hey there."

"Hello indeed." A lazy grin crossed R'axe's face as he looked down at
Talwynn and stroked her hair away from her face, "I am sorry to say we
haven't had the pleasure of meeting before this but... Well met
indeed."

"I'm a bit reclusive." Emboldened by the residual feelings towards
him, she let a rare smile out. "This is a pretty good way to meet
people."

"Reclusive, hm? That explains it then. I tend to meet people in the
Dining Cavern." He had no hesitation about sitting down with a group
of strangers, "And flights are my _favorite_ way of meeting people. It
just cuts past all of that small talk."

"I'm usually out at night, after all self-respecting dragonriders are
in bed," she said. "I'll have to remind Riveth of this in a few
months."

R'axe's eyebrows lifted a little, "At night, huh? Well, if you give me
some notice I would be happy to join you some evening. Because I am
certainly no self-respecting dragonrider."

She laughed. "Any time the sky's clear, I'm out there. Starsmith," she
clarified. "I like doing the weather forecasts."

"Bluerider-scoundrel," he said with a grin, pointing at himself, "and
I pretty much have no other excuses for wanting to be outside with you
at night. At least I am honest, though, right?"

"I don't mind if you have other motives." And here she was, talking
away at him when there were other things they could do...and she so
rarely had anyone in her bed. "If I'm not going to be pulling you away
from anything important, you could show me some skills again."

R'axe trailed his fingers down along the smooth curve of her neck and
over her shoulder, "Darlin' there is never anything more important."
He moved over top of her, one hand capturing her chin and bringing her
face up to his for a kiss.

That settled that. She answered his kiss with intensity and a nip on
the lip, running her good arm down his side to feel the play of
muscles and sigh in appreciation. She could really get to like knowing
this bluerider.

There was still some residual flight lust left over, not that R'axe
needed any as he tasted Talwynn with a silken tongue, finding her
sweet and endearing. He got the distinct feeling that this was not
something the greenrider got to enjoy often, which he thought was a
shame, especially since she was so responsive.

She rolled onto her side for better access, dipping her hand lower and
smiling when she felt that he was just as interested as she was. "I
see why a man like you could earn a reputation."

R'axe smiled, a display of white teeth, "Aye, and I have worked very
hard at cultivating that reputation." He winked, although there was a
hundred percent truth to that line. "I have also her to have any
complaints. You will have to let me know if everyone else was being
honest."

She'd almost think he was a bronzerider with that level of cockiness.
"Trust me, I'm always honest." She lightly scraped her nails down his
back, trusting him to read the signal that she was ready for more with
him.

And that was all the encouragement that R'axe needed to shut his mouth
and put it to better use, namely on the warm skin of the beautiful
lady in his arms.
