1) E-mail the PA and tell them your intention to bring back a certain persona. Remember you are limited to only three personas if you are still on mentorship.<br />
2) If the PA says it's all right, go ahead and edit their sheet and set them to "PC" as their status. You must get the Council's permission before bringing back a ranking persona.<br />
3) You must post with them at least once before you can reactivate, adopt or submit another persona.<br />
