How can I set myself as being away from the club?
All you need to do is post a note in our forums the date you will be away from and if possible, the date when you expect to return and the reason for leaving. Our LOA tracker will then list you as away on the website.
Administrators
To set a member as being on LOA, you will need to go to their Member Profile (reached by clicking on the "Members" tab and then choosing the member's name from the list). There should be a red administration tab at the top right of the screen labelled "LOA". Click on that and you will reach a page when LOAs can be added and edited.
If you don't know the date a member will return, leave that field blank.
LOAs can be deleted if you make a mistake, but should mostly be left in the database to maintain a record. This will be used to make sure people aren't warned for not meeting rank requirements when they were away!
