Categories of NPCs

* ONPCs (Owned NPCs) - family members of a PC, usually recurring NPCs
* ANPCs (Adoptable NPCs) - adoptable NPCs, can be written only by L1 or designee unless adopted
* NPCs (NPCs) - NPCs, anyone can write for them
