What should I send to the mailing list?
1. Posts - obviously the main reason for the list is for stories. Stories should be complete with headers, dates, and signatures. They should also have the correct subject. Check the Posting Format FAQ for more information.
2. Email changes - the only way to get everyone to see them is to email the main list obviously, so these are welcomed. Please don't email hop (change emails every 2 weeks), but otherwise, this is fine.
3. When all other avenues of contacting a member fail (private email, IM, message forums) have failed, a member can email the main list to try to find a member whose email has quit working or has simply disappeared on them.
4. Leader types should label all non-post email they send as OOC: or some other designation to indicate it is not a story.
